Follow-up inspection conducted. Front display cooler at 4C across all three shelves Gulab jamun at 4C Rodent droppings have been removed from dry storage area. Professional pest control company has been called and two mechanical traps were placed in dry storage area. Please email the pest control report to the Environmental Health Officer Back door remained shut at beginning of inspection. Ensure the door remains shut when it is not in use No open bags of flour observed in dry storage area. If you do open a flour bag, you must place it in a container with a tight-fitting lid Thank you for your co-operation.
