-Handsinks fully supplied and available in deli and warehouse/meat cutting station
-No used single use disposable gloves hanging up and drying for re-use. Box of new gloves available for warehouse food handlers
-Sanitizer bottle available in upstairs deli : 200 ppm chlorine. Solution separate from soap solution -excellent!
***Sanitizer bottle must be labelled - "sanitizer" or "bleach water" - label contents of bottle
-Knives in deli area appear to be maintained in sanitary condition
-General sanitation and organization satisfactory
-Significant improvement in controlling pest activity in warehouse. No signs of pest activity in deli noted during inspection. Follow all recommendations from pest control technician.
