- Small flies observed in the grease trap and ice tea dispensing containers' area.
- Grease trap puts out a foul odor.
- Ice tea container leaking.
Corrective Action(s): - Clean the leaked ice tea and replace the leaking container.
- Check and increase grease trap service frequency.
- To keep this area in a sanitary condition helps prevent small fries infestation.

Routine inspection conducted with the presence of a manager.

Kitchen
- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand wash stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water
- Belt of Lincoln pizza oven free of burnt marks and accumulated food debris. Staff indicated that they power washed the belt regularly- Excellent! *
- (Prep, walk in) Coolers maintained at or below 4 C. Thermometers available for all cold holding units.
- Walk in freezer maintained at -18.5 C.
- No Hot holding at time of inspection
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- Raw food stored separate from ready to eat foods in the walk in cooler. Food containers covered properly.
- Low temperature dishwasher measured 100 ppm chlorine at dish level.
- QUAT sanitizer in all buckets and spray bottles at 200 ppm.
- Interior ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Please clean the top of the ice machine regularly**
- Vent hood system cleaned 2 weeks ago.
- Back door closed tight and no evidence of rodent activity.
- Flies observed in the grease trap area, see Code.**

Bar

- Pop dispensing nozzle clean.
