Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-CP5UAW of Feb-17-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: The only handsink in the kitchen has no cold running water and the paper towel dispenser is empty. Correction: Get this issue addressed. The handsink must always have hot and cold running water, soap and paper towels in a dispenser.

Comments

On Follow-Up: Handsink has been fixed. It has hot and cold running water as well as soap and paper towels available. The 2nd compartment of the 2-compartment sink is no longer being used to store items. Staff onsite has FS Level 1 certification. Outstanding Item: Operator must get FS Level 1 certification by March 22, 2023. The plastic laundry tub sink must be replaced with a stainless steel prep sink as discussed. Ensure that the sink is plumbed in and not leaking. Get this done by March 22, 2023.
