Comments

-Quats sanitizer test strips needed for testing the sanitizer solution. The two test strips that were available on site were expired and discarded.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory
