Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor in back storage room (SR7)
Dead mouse observed in trap in back storage room
Rodent droppings observed in front cash area on floor in pop cupboard and under East most pop beverage dispensing unit in small cupboard.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Use 200ppm Chlorine solution.
Notify mall regarding dead mouse in SR7 as Pest Technician serviced Guildford Mall yesterday and will not be servicing again until next Thursday. Dead rodent needs to be removed from facility IMMEDIATELY
Inform mall as to extent of rodent droppings in SR7 and in unit in front cupboards.

Observation: Small gap exists in front cash area. Behind pillar above exterior baseboard/kickplate there exists a gap large enough for inspector to place hand inside.

Corrective Action(s): Seal this gap IMMEDIATELY as this could potentially be the source of the rodent infestation.
Facility does not leave back door open and does not have droppings in back kitchen area. Rodent droppings only found in front area.
