Designated kitchen hand sink clear of obstructions and available for washing hands. Reminder that this sink is for hand washing purposes only. Future non compliance will result in the issuance of a violation ticket.
All thawing of frozen potentially hazardous foods must be done under cold running water or in the cooler.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use.
