Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B8EQDB: Existing high temperature dishwasher serviced and fully functional. 74.9 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle. Health approval granted to use reusable plates, forks, knives, and spoons. Premise currently has 16 seats. 3 compartment sink still in place and setup for manual warewashing. 100ppm chlorine available for use in the sanitize sink.
