Cheese curds stored in cooler - good 3 compartment sink stocked for manual warewashing - good operator has conducted cleaning around the facility. some more cleaning in hard to reach areas required. note: correction order has been issued for sanitary maintenance. failure to maintain all areas of the facility in a sanitary manner may result in the issuance of tickets and/or closure orders. light bulb cover in the walk-in cooler has been changed to provide more light coverage - good discussed repair of the 3 compartment sink knob not sealing. must be repaired should the facility not move to new location prior to May 2018.
