Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0ppm bleach sanitizer detected in containers used by espresso machine and sandwich cooler. Staff emptied and remixed solution but still detected 0ppm; main chlorine reagent appears to be expired as more chlorine had to be added in order to obtain same concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Reviewed use of chlorine test strips with staff onsite. Please use test strips to check that there is 100ppm bleach sanitizer.

Observation: Fruit flies noted predominately around dishpit/compost area and a few in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure cleaning is done properly to remove moisture and food debris as they attract flies.

Observation: Food debris noted on the cooler shelves, floors of main bar area. Heavy dust behind espresso machine.
Corrective Action(s): Please conduct a thorough cleaning of the noted areas by follow up inspection in 1 week.
