*final rinse temperatures not always recorded daily and there is mixed readings, please train all staffs to check for final rinse temperature on gauge (min 82C/180F) or plate level (min 71C)
Quats sanitizer in spray bottles are at 200ppm
Test strips for Quats and chlorine onsite, within expiry date

Note: cabinet shelving added adjacent to ice machine, no concerns. Ceiling light above dishpit is replaced.
