-Follow-up to student inspection conducted May 8, 2019.
-Pizza cooler was at 4C. Ice has been melted from the compressor.
-Prep cooler were at 4C.
-Quats sanitizer pails were tasted at 200ppm.
-Did not note any hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out in the facility.
-General Manager was on-site and has completed Saskatchewan Food Handler Training Program Certificates - equivalent to FoodSafe 1. Ensure kitchen staff who have expired FoodSafe Level 1 renew their certification.
-Rodent droppings have been cleaned and areas have been sanitized. Entry points have been sealed. Continue to monitor for pest activity.
-Facility has purchased thermometers to verify cold holding temperatures.
