Did not observe any food handling issue.
No sign of pests noted
Good personal hygiene noted by operator (wearing hair net, washing hands)

Bleach solution was too strong at time of visit, ensure to dilute 1 oz of bleach in 1 gallon of water

* Noted take out container and pizza boxed stored in washroom- not enough storage room in kitchen, if no other option ensure all these containers are fully protected at all time.
* noted sign of water dripping under prep cooler- monitor and fix as needed.
*Temp monitoring records are in place- ensure to keep all records.
