Follow-up Inspection conducted today for Report #JCHY-BYS2AJ All non-critical infractions have been corrected at the time of inspection. - ice machine lid is secure and easy to open and close during normal operations. - prep cooler next to the walk-in cooler and the prep cooler at the front of house are measured at an air ambient temperature of 4C. NOTE: Send COVID-19 Safety Plan to EHO via email by March 15, 2021. Ensure a COVID-19 Safety Plan is on-site and available to staff and customers. Report is emailed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
