HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 3
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1) There are leaking waste pipes under the 3-compartment sink. Water and food debris is accumulating on the water pipes and on the floor. This is attracting and breeding fruit/drain flies.
2) There are missing floor tiles under the 3-compartment sink. The floor is not durable, smooth, level, sealed, or cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Repair or replace the leaking waste pipes, so not water leaks. Scrub and clean off all the accumulated water and food debris off the waste pipes under the sink to eliminate the flies.
2) Install and seal new floor tiles under the 3-compartment sink, so the floor is level, smooth, durable, sealed and cleanable.
**Correction date: Nov. 1/22**
