Comments

Foods in walk cooler were covered/protected from contamination and overall food storage practices are satisfactory.
Damaged food containers have been removed.
All work stations are equipped with a bucket of bleach sanitizer for in-use wiping cloths - bleach sanitizer had a chlorine sanitation of 200ppm.
Door handles on coolers/freezers were generally clean.

Discussed with operator about the damaged rubber seal on the doors of the double-door freezer (dining area). Operator is in the process of ordering the replacement part.
