Corrective Action(s): Operator stated cooler was serviced and was working yesterday, however prep cooler is still not working properly. Repair prep cooler again and keep the invoice on-site. ***Do not use this prep cooler until a follow-up inspection is conducted to confirm that the cooler is working properly. CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED. Correct by: Tuesday, August 8th. Violation Score: 15 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)] Observation: Prep cooler not equipped with accurate thermometer.
