Please continue to maintain this EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN CONDITION in the kitchen. Food handling practices were VERY GOOD! All cooked food items were at the proper temperature and no food was stored on counters during lunch rush at temperatures greater than 4 and less than 60 degrees Celsius. HUGE improvement at facility observed by Health Inspector since previous inspections - EXCELLENT WORK!
