Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed owner/operator wring wiping clothes and emptied the water, no bleach sanitizer made until directed so. Meat slicer is sanitized with Fantastik original cleaner then wiped with bleach sanitizer. Fantastik contains 100ppm Quats when tested.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is 100ppm bleach sanitizer in bucket with wiping clothes submerged inside. Use soapy water to clean meat slicer, rinse then sanitize with 100ppm bleach as directed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Damp towels used to cover veggies. Opened cans of bamboo shoots and corn has syran wrap covering cans and stored in the cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use damp towels to cover food. Use disposable paper towels and discard after. Transfer food from open cans into food grade containers.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Mice droppings noted on floor behind chest freezer, around wiring under pop cooler and behind stove. Rat droppings noted behind white chest freezer in the dining room.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize with 100ppm bleach as discussed. You must hire a professional pest control company to assess the premises for pest entry points and seal them. Keep service report onsite for review.

Observation: Twelve seats counted in the dining room. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): This premises is equipped for 10 seats only. Remove 2 seats immeidately. Upgrade to commercial dishwasher if you would like to add additional seating. Ensure City of Burnaby is inquired with regards to occupancy limit. Next repeat of this infraction shall result in enforcement action.
