All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder. Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder. Dishwasher final rinse reached 72 degrees Celsius at the plate surface. Sanitizer measured 100 PPM chlorine residual in the labelled spray bottle. Liquid soap and paper towel at handsink. Debris build up on light fixture in back room and also at the bottom of white fridge in the back room. Ensure that these are thoroughly cleaned.
