Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # LKIM-CVVQGD of Sep-21-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Rodent droppings found on counters behind toaster oven and on upper shelf of food preparation areas. Rodent droppings found on lower shelf in dishwashing area storing clean dishes. . Correction: Facility is to clean and sanitize all affected areas. Clean dishes in dishwasher Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings Remove all dishes and equipment from lower shelves until rodent infestation is eliminated. Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area. .

ITEMS CORRECTED: - Door sweeps have been installed at all three kitchen doors - Steel wool has been installed at holes under dishwasher ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Continue to clean and sanitize - Continue to monitor for pests - Review exterior doorways and ensure all are tight fitting. - Additional door sweep is needed for one kitchen door as it is not entirely tight fitting - Holes in dishwasher have not all been sealed. Hole exists behind copper pipe and under dishwasher. Have additional steel wool added to area *** review recommendations by Pest Control Company. Recommendations should be made in Pest Technician's report. These areas are to be addressed to assist in prevention and elimination of rodent infestation.
