Routine Inspection: -Hand washing sink provided with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. -3 compartment sink set up for manual ware washing. Sanitizer compartment registered at 400 ppm for Quats. -Staff stated sanitizer will be used to wipe all counters (after finishing closing duties). -Both under the counter coolers at or below 4 degrees C. -Retail area display cooler at or below 4 degrees C. -No hot holding or room temperature holding of rice at the time of inspection. -Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review. -Permit to Operate posted.
