Follow up inspection conducted. Corrective actions taken: - Raw shells eggs no longer used in preparation of greek dressing. Pasteurized liquid whole egg now used. Cartons present in cooler. - Recipe for greek dressing now specifies pasteurized liquid egg. - Cleaning of floor has been completed under equipment. Ensure these areas are cleaned regularly to ensure sanitation is maintained.
