Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hamburger patties coming out of grill at an internal temperature of 155F (6x 3C) during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hamburger patties cooked to an internal temperature of 71C or more. During time at inspection grill setting readjusted and temperature of 71C was achieved. Ensure regular temperature checks are done throughout the day to monitor internal temperatures.

Observation: In back of restaurant near the ice machine noticed some pest dropping on shelves. Also in the same area there is standing water that may attract pest.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean shelves and standing water on floor. Monitor to ensure no further pest dropping observed.

Front Area:
-Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Quats sanitizer registered at 200ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution.
_Hot holding of gravy registered at 69C - good.
-All cooler temperatures below 4C.
-Under counter freezer temperature satisfactory.
Back Area:
-3 compartment sink available for dish washing.
-Walkin freezer temperature (-28C).
Walkin cooler temperature 1C.
-Ice Machine kept in clean manner.
Admin:
-Cleaning procedures reviewed.
-Temperature records available for review.
-Operator has Food Safe or equivalent
-Pest Control in place;contract with licensed company available.
