Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Beef found to be thawing at room temperature in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Moved to a refrigerator during the inspection. In the future, defrost in a refrigerator or under cold, running water.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel dispenser at the kitchen hand sink.
Corrective Action(s): Install a paper towel dispenser by Monday.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer during the final rinse cycle, however, a large amount of soap was visible during the final rinse cycle.
Corrective Action(s): Fix immediately and call for a re-inspection. Until this has been fixed, rinse dishes after they have been run through the dishwasher.

Observation: a) A hand sink was moved and unfinished wood was placed around it.
b) Light covers above the kitchen dishwasher were missing.
Corrective Action(s): a) Paint/ finish the wood within 2 weeks.
b) Replace the light covers within 2 weeks.
