Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (One of the handsinks in the kitchen (the once beside the prep sink) was not being used. No soap and paper towels stocked at this hand sink. Foods were being dumped in the sink. )

- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available in a bucket. *Ensure to store cloths in the sanitizer solution while not in use.
- The hand sink by the prep cooler is stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- The cooler in the front was repaired and measured 4C
- The upright cooler measured 4C and is equipped with a thermometer
- The walk-in freezer was repaired and measured below -18C
- Dumplings are stored above raw meats

- Template for a temperature log was delivered to the operator at the time of follow-up inspection. The operator is to monitor each refrigeration unit everyday and record temperatures.
- Reminder to transfer foods from metal cans into food-grade containers once can is opened
