Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted:
The heating coil in the hot water tank was replaced. Dishwasher reached 76C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer). Staff now have a thermometer to test the temperature of the dishwasher - use it to check the temperature daily
Some cleaning has been completed. The meat slicer requires another full clean underneath the guard especially. Use a flashlight to ensure that all space are cleaned thoroughly. **Correct by: TODAY** Follow your daily, weekly and monthly cleaning regime to maintain adequate sanitation of the food premises.
