Food storage practices pretty good. Ensure minimum amounts of raw meats and cooked chicken are kept in domestic fridge as this unit is slow to recuperate temperatures. All units below 4 C.
Dishwasher above 74 C at plate. Surface sanitizer in buckets at 100 ppm.

Premises very well maintained and is well organized at time of inspection
