Follow up inspection from November 17, 2022. - Operator on site has valid Food Safe certificate from January 2022 - good. - Paper towels are available at all hand washing sinks. - Chicken is defrosting in plastic wrapping in sink with cold water changed frequently. - Lettuce washing - reviewed procedures - ok. - Cleaning - much improved. Cooking area and dry storage shelves have been cleaned. See above. Continue with daily cleaning. - Pest control program - traps are empty. Continue to monitor for pests and to keep premises clean. Seal holes where pests may enter. Consult with licensed pest control expert if needed. Reviewed with operator. Copy of report to be emailed to operator. Signature not required.
