| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on May 30, 2023, alleging concerns regarding care and supervision and records and reporting. The allegations included the following details: - inappropriate behaviorual guidance practiced by staff - care plan was not developed for a child requiring one All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews, records, and onsite inspection of the physical facility.
