Follow up inspection conducted: Paper towels now available at handsink outside the office All foods in prep inserts, as well as the tray of eggs, were time tracked and had the expiry time stickers on the white board beside each food item. Sanitizer in rag buckets at 100 ppm chlorine residual On site assistant manager has indicated that the supervisor has ordered a new replacement permit.
