Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm (bucket/3 comp sink). Dishwasher reached 72.2 deg C at plate surface. Upright cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Upright freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Prep line coolers were at 2-3 deg C. Display cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Temperature log was available and well maintained. Pest control monitoring in place. No pests noted during visit. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. This location is very busy so in between busy times, it is important that staff clean floors, counters tops, etc.
