Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher tested at 0ppm Cl. Staff mentioned the glasswasher had been at 0ppm Cl earlier this morning as well; however, after priming the sanitizer he was able to acheive a 50-75ppm Cl residual.
Corrective Action(s): Glasswasher primed and tested at 50ppm Cl. Service glasswasher to ensure it is continually able to maintain a 50ppm Cl residual.

In the interim, test glasswasher every few loads until it has been serviced to ensure 50ppm Cl and prime accordingly. OR use dishwasher in the kitchen which was tested at 50ppm Cl.

Food storage practices are good - meats stored at the bottom, items are covered & labelled

Food borne illness complaint received September 6th. Complainant dined on September 5th.
