Follow up inspection to MTRG-AGSV8H.
The follow deficiencies have been corrected:
- Service tech present during time of inspection, tech informed that both hot water tank elements have been replaced and that there will be adequate supply of hot water at all times
- Invoice provided to Environmental Health Officer during time of inspection
- Handwashing station, 2 compartment sink, ladies sink all run during time of inspection, hot water temperature measured at 57C - 60C
- Thorough cleaning done throughout facility
- Chlorine sanitizer solution now dispensing 100- 200ppm chlorine residual concentration
- Continue to maintain facility on daily basis
