209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
Observation: 1. Noticed storm water drainage pipes (roof drainage) runnning through the beer walk-in cooler and draining through the floor drain.
2. Water leak noticed in the walk-in cooler. The ceiling panels not installed property
Corrective Action(s): 1. All drainage pipes must be installed as per the building code. No pipe should run through the middle of the beer walk-in cooler
No beer or other beverages are to be stored near the drain pipe. ( By February 15, 2016).
2. Repair the source of water leak in the walk-in cooler immediately. Walls and ceiling must be covered with durable and easy to clean materials e.g. Fibreglass reinforced panels. (December 31, 2016).

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Debris build up noticed undernath the beer keg storage pallets in the cooler. Dust build up behind the ice maker.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the floor in beer walk-in cooler. Clean floors throughly in the dry storage room and the front serving area especilly behind the ice maker. Clean and sanitize the ice maker after removing all ice. (November 15, 2016)

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Noticed water leak in the dry storage room. Copper pipe routed through the ceiling also found to be leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Water leak from the ceiling and the copper pipe must be fixed immediately. Ensure no water leaks on the floor.
Any pipes installed to collect rain water from the roof must be removed and must conform to the Building Code. (December 15, 2016)

*Recommended using a separate stand alone table and red cutting board for cutting all raw meats and poultry items.
Cutting boards used for raw meats must be immediately washed and sanitized through the dishwasher.
* Use separate tongs for handling raw meats and ready to eat food items.
* Replace the light bulb in the sliding door cooler.
* Ensure all chemicals in spray bottles are labelled accurately.
* Temperature and sanitizer logs must be available and used for monitoring.
