- Both hand washing sinks had working soap and paper towels dispensers and were properly supplied. Reminder to always check soap and paper towel supplies, and to keep hand sinks clear/free of any obstructions. This includes not storing anything in or in front of hand sinks. - Sanitizing compartment of three-compartment sink has been unclogged. Three-compartment sink maintained in sanitary conditions and sink drain plugs were available. - Cleaning and sanitizing has been completed. Sink faucets, cooler doors and handles, and spray bottles were noted to be in sanitary conditions at time of inspection. - FoodSafe-certified staff onsite at time of inspection. Thank you.
