No hot food preparation; continental breakfast provided - premade baked goods, whole fruits and individually packaged yogurt All plates and utensils used are single use. Juices are dispensed in a machine. Ambient temperature of fridges at 1-4 deg C and freezer at -21 deg C. General sanitation was satisfactory.
