Hand wash stations are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Fridges <4C at the bottom of line coolers and walk in cooler.
Line coolers top >4C during cooking, please be sure to limit food items kept at the top of line coolers to under 2hrs, use up all items within 2hrs.
Keep lids on top to maintain temperatures close to 4C during non busy times.
Freezers <-18C.
Dishwasher chlorine 100ppm.
Sanitizer >200ppm Quats.
Prep counters appear clean and maintained.
Items in coolers and in dry storage appear to be portioned, organized and kept covered.

Bar:
Iodine tested to between 12.5-25ppm at the glass washer.
Prep table and bar area including ice storage appear to be clean and well kept.

No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
