Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
-Except for one not in order. Sink clogged up and waiting to be repaired by plumber.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Line coolers were at 4 deg C or colder.
Counter cooler not working (no potentially hazardous foods stored in this cooler) and not being used.
Hot holding for soups/chilli/chicken/potato wedges was 60 deg C or above.
Temperature log available (in tablet). Operator will figure out how to view previous log so it can be available for review.
Back kitchen area - hot holding for potato wedges was >60 deg C.
Walk-in coolers were at 1-4 deg C.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
High temp dishwasher reached >71 deg C at plate surface.
Staff washroom was in sanitary condition.
No issues with pests. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation of premises was in satisfactory condition.
