Observation: Cold water tap leak at prep/pan sink and slipping tap handle at dish sinks have not yet been repaired. Cold water was available at prep sink at time of inspection (valve had not been switched off, as at last inspection).
Corrective Action(s): Discussed issue with chef on site. Ensure these taps are in fully-working condition by 9th March 2018. A follow-up inspection will be conducted at that time. Failure to repair these to full functionality by this date will result in the issuance of a correction order. Call for reinspection once repaired.

*Takeout containers are no longer being stored directly on top of food in the line coolers.
*Samosa and pakora trays in the walk-in unit were covered with food wrap.
*Quat sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottle.
*Cheese grater maintained in clean condition.
*Thermometer is now available in left side line cooler. Ensure thermometers are always made available in each cooler/freezer unit.
*Note: start daily temperature logs for each cooler and freezer today.
