Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer concentration observed to be below 200ppm in both spray bottles. These were emptied and refilled at time of inspection and concentration tested at approx 300ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff have been trained on how to use the Quat test strips to verify the concentration in the spray bottles.

Low temperature dishwasher has been removed. Staff are warewashing using the 3 compartment sink method. Quat sanitizer dispensed at approx. 300ppm. Drain plugs available at the 3 compartment sink.
