302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quat sanitizer concentration observed to be below 200ppm in both spray bottles. These were emptied and refilled at time of inspection and concentration tested at approx 300ppm. Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff have been trained on how to use the Quat test strips to verify the concentration in the spray bottles. Violation Score: 15
