Follow-up to inspection conducted on July 5, 2021 (Report MLOO-C4MTUV) - General sanitation has improved. Ensure cleaning is done regularly and attention is given to hard to reach areas. - Ice slurry bath is in use. - New tong arrangement is in use. Tongs are no longer stored in sanitizer. - Ensure ice scoop holder is repaired and ice scoop is stored properly.
