Follow-up to inspection report #KLIU-D3YVJL: > All required cleaning and removal of rodent droppings has been completed. The organization in the dry storage room has significantly improved - less clutter. > Observed proper thawing of frozen items under cold running water. > Fewer observations of food left uncovered. Ensure ALL stored food items in the coolers are covered to protect from contamination. > Water drainage pipe from the walk-in cooler now properly connected to the cook line.
