Observation: No hot water supplied to hand washing sink (water measured at 13C).
Correction: Ensure hot water is supplied to hand washing sink to facilitate in proper hand washing practices.

Observation: The paper towel dispensers at the handsink and at the 3-compartment sink are not working.
Correction: This is also a repeat violation. Get the dispensers fixed or replace them if required. Both sinks must have working soap and paper towel dispensers at all times.

Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # ANAN-AVTV69 of Feb-09-2018
Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: The right hand side of the prep cooler (side closest to the front door) is not maintaining a temperature of 4 degC or below. Several meats in the inserts were probed and the temperature were recorded as follows:
Ham @ 11 degC; Italian sausage @ 10 degC; Salami at 11 degC; Pepperoni at 10 degC; Capiccola at 10 degC.
The temperature inside the prep cooler was 9 degC.
Correction: All the meats stored above 4 degC were discarded. As discussed, do not use the right side of the cooler until it has been fixed and can maintain a temperature of 4 degC or below. Move all the foods inside the cooler to the left side where the temperature is 4 degC. Since this is a repeat violation, A CORRECTION ORDER has now been issued. If this violation is coded again, you will be issued a violation ticket in the amount of $345.
