Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): An empty cardboard box eas on top of the prep cooler beside cooler inserts. Staff stated raw mushroom was stored in the cardboard box.

Corrective action: Remove the cardboard box Cardboard box stroing raw food (ie mushroom) can contaminate food contact surface.

Comments

General comments:
- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towel.
- Prep cooler (top) at 3.4C
- Prep cooler (bottom) at 4.6C
- Walk-in cooler at 2.9C
- QUATS sanitizer in both spray bottle and at dispenser were at 200 ppm.
- Internal temperature of pizza measured at 91.2C
- All food utensils (i.e. knives) stored in a clean condition.
- All food stored off the ground and covered
- Staff washroom is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towel.
- General sanitizing is satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity
- Operator has FoodSafe Level One certificate which expires July 29, 2018.

- Operating permit posted at the front reception area wall.
