Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door prep cooler is measured at 7.6oC (air temperature). Food internal temperatures are measured at 6.1oC (sliced tomatoes), 6.0oC (block of cream cheese); and 6.0oC (minced onions). No temperature log is maintained.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until cooler is adjusted or fixed.
All potentially hazardous foods in this cooler has been discarded.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel was only made available at handsink at time of visit.

Do not use inverted pop crates as shelves.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 2-door prep cooler is too warm, at 7.6oC.
Corrective Action(s): Staff has adjusted the knob and temperature is now measured at 1.6oC. Do not over stock in coolers so that air flow can function properly.
