- Handsink is maintained with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer present in bucket and in the dishwashing sink - Temperatures of coolers were adequate <4C - Temperatures of pizzaz on hot holding were >60C - The manager in training was on site to discuss the following issues: 1) Keeping temperature log shall be resumed and implemented daily. 2) The manager in training currently holds FOODSAFE equivalent certificate from other province. Provide a copy to the health inspector in the next routine inspection. Ensure that when the manager is not on site, at least one staff working must be FOODSAFE certified. - No signs of pest at the time of inspection
