Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezer at -18C 3 compartments sink fully equipped for manual dishwashing. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs. General sanitation is adequate. Routine pest control service in place. In use utensils stored in a sanitary manner. Changed every 30 minutes. Displayed pizza held in an ambient temperature for 2 hours maximum. Time tracked.
