Health operating permit has been relocated from the office to the front service area where it is visible to the public.
Manager on duty has Foodsafe level 1. Other staff present is scheduled to take the course.
General sanitation is satisfactory although customer seating area requires some attention.
Hot and cold water was available
Liquid soap and paper towel present at kitchen sink for handwashing and in staff and public washrooms
Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in three compartment sink for sanitizing dishes.
Quats sanitizer was present in buckets for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Sanitizer solution was being replenished at the time of the inspection.
2 door cooler was at 2C. Walk-in cooler was at 2C. Drawer cooler was at 1C. Temperatures are being monitored and recorded. Records were up to date.
Walk-in freezer was at -15C. 2 door freezer was -9C
Hot holding of mashed potato and corn was 60C - 67C
Hot holding of chicken was 68C
Hot holding of gravy was 71C
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Pest control contract in place.
