Follow up inspection to assess compliance with clean up requirements.

Restoration work undertaken by a licensed restoration company.
All coolers (walk-in coolers, line coolers, reach in coolers) have been thoroughly cleaned and subsequently sanitized using
Quats sanitizer.
All dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils have been washed and sanitized through the dishsher.
All sanitized food contact surfaces were found covered with food grade plastic at the time of inspection.
All coolers were maintaining 4 degrees C or colder
All freezers at -18 degrees C or below.
Dishwasher contained 100 ppm chlorine for sanitizing.
All beer lines and dispensers have been purged and flushed.
All food, beverages and liqour except those in hermetically sealed containers/jars/bottles have been discarded as per restaurant management.

Permission is granted to re-stock the supplies in walk-in cooler and prepare foods from the morning of Nov. 5
The restaurant may resume normal operations once the bar area cleaning has been completed and bar washer has been tested.

Following precautions must be adhered to:

Ensure to use quats sanitizer for final sanitizing of all ice bins, counters and food contact surfaces in the bar area.
Ensure to completely cover the food contact surfaces and equipment (e.g. beer dispensers) if any overhead cleaning is to be completed.
