Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
1) Cut vegetables stored at room temperature, no time tracking. This is a REPEAT VIOLATION.
2) Walk-in cooler very slow toreach 4C/40F.
Corrective Action(s):
1) All cut vegetables are considered potentially hazardous foods. These must be kept at 4C or colder, or discarded after 2 hours (if kept at room temperature). Discard.
2) Repair cooler so it reaches and maintains 4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer available in back kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be available at all times. Store all wiping cloths within bleach when not in use. New solution made at time of inspection.

1) Box of raw chicken stored underneath sink, right next to leaking dishwasher.
2) Insert of raw beef placed on the floor.
3) Cooked rice stored on top of bag of raw rice to cool
4) Rice cooker plugged in right outside bathroom door - this is not a food prep area.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Do not store any foods underneath the sink. Place raw chicken in the coolers as soon as they are received.
2) Do not place any foods on the floor.
3) Cool rice on proper food contact surface.
4) Foods can only be cooked in prep area.
